Sarah, a parent of four, is a long-time advocate for families. Her areas of focus include special education, mental health supports, and crisis services. Sarah leads her own parent group, continuing her lifelong commitment to supporting families and communities.

Sarah has served on the Metro Children’s Crisis Response Leadership Team since 2013. Her past experiences include leadership roles at the Hennepin County Parent Catalyst Group, Watercourse Counseling Services, and Minneapolis Public Schools.

Sarah joined the CASA MN Board in 2023. She also serves on the State Suicide Task Force, the Child Protection Coalition, the PAIMI Advisory Council, and the MMLA Board.
