Kayla is an Associate Director of Human Capital at UnitedHealthcare. She began her Human Resources career at Lawson Software.

Kayla earned both her B.S in HR Management and her M.A. in HR Management from Saint Mary’s University. She is a credentialed Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resources Management.

Kayla joined the CASA MN Board in 2017.

Kayla is a long-tenured Wish Granter volunteer at Make-A-Wish Foundation, bringing hope, strength and joy to children with critical illnesses. In her free time, she and her family enjoy spending time together outdoors – camping, boating, hiking, and rock climbing.
