Gerard is an experienced business leader, recognized for developing customer-focused marketing strategies that align with operating plans and ensuring their successful execution. His professional experiences include senior controllership in a start-up business, leading large operations, and transformational change leadership. His past employers include Target, Ernst & Young, and Novus Media.

Gerard became a volunteer Guardian ad Litem in 2019 and continues in this role today. He joined the CASA MN Board in June of 2021 and currently serves as President.

Gerard grew up in Minnesota. He enjoys the great outdoors by getting out on our lakes to boat, swim and kayak. He also spends time with his family traveling, hiking, biking and playing as much pickleball as possible!
